Health Tips – 2. Sleep

It’s simple: sleep less, inadvertently increase stress resulting in you unknowingly gaining and storing more visceral fat.

Tip? Get as many zzzz’s as you can. Ensure you’re tucked up in bed by 9:30pm and don’t allow yourself to play on your mobile phone / watch t.v.
